To have us process your application in the quickest time, please make sure you have the following documents ready: 

  • Proposed members’ details (names, dates of birth and nationalities)
  • Claims Experience (from the current insurance provider, where relevant)
  • Commercial Registration
An employee’s family/dependents should have the same scheme as their sponsor (the employee).

Yes, you can. The customisation will mainly depend on the sublimit, benefits and hospital network. 

Yes, it is possible, as long as they remain under the employee’s sponsorship.

If you are to receive treatment within the Bupa Arabia network, your provider will apply for your pre-authorisation directly from us. 

If you are to receive treatment on a reimbursement basis, you will have to apply for pre-authorisation yourself. Please send a medical report indicating the required medical service and the results of all related medical investigations to our Customer Care at the following email: customer.care@bupa.com.sa
