Bupa Family offers four coverage schemes for you to choose from: Gold, Silver, Bronze and Blue.

To have us process your application in the quickest time, please make sure you have the following documents ready:

  • Copy of the family card
  • Copy of the main contracted member’s identification card
  • Completely filled out Medical Declaration form
  • Completely filled out KYC form
  • Agreement (two signed copies)
  • Proposal (one signed copy)
  • Proof of payment copy (if not paid through SADAD)

Bupa Family offers you two products: Family Revamp and Newlyweds
All your direct family members (under 64 years of age) can be covered under Bupa Family.
Bupa Family gives you the option to include your parents in the contract, on the condition that they are not above 64 years old.

Calculations will be based on:

  • The number of family members
  • The age of each family member
  • Pre-existing medical conditions, if any
With Bupa Family, you can choose the scheme that covers your specific needs and requirements through a wide range of Bupa network providers, including: physiotherapy, maternity, dental and optical coverage as well as access to the Tebtom Programme. Your policy will also cover any pre-existing or chronic conditions. Additionally, you can benefit from 0% instalments plans if you are an NCB, SABB or Al Jazira Bank customer.

Yes, you have to pay 20 percent, up to a limit of SR100.
