Bupa Arabia participates in Glow Work women career fair in Riyadh
Bupa Arabia, the largest specialized health insurance company in the Kingdom, participated in the women career fair, Glow work, that recently took place in the Four Season Hotel in Riyadh. Bupa Arabia’s participation comes parallel to Bupa Arabia’s efforts to lure national talents and increase Saudization. Bupa Arabia’s efforts come hand in hand with the Saudi government’s orientation in increasing employment of Saudi talents.
A special wing for Bupa Arabia was present at the fair and saw a vast amount of interaction, as the wing successfully lured in 800 applications in various fields in the company.
Ahmad Khan, Head of Recruitment at Bupa Arabia, stated that: “The participation in this career sprouts from our concern in increasing Saudization in the company and attracting national talents. This concern increased the percentage of Saudization in the company to 60%. These employees work in Bupa’s stimulating environment which pushes employees to become more creative and productive, and in return giving its members the best health insurance services.”
