Princess Adela Bint Abdullah of NHHCF honors Bupa Arabia

pressreleaseBupa Arabia for cooperative health insurance, the largest specialized health insurance company in the Kingdom, was honored by Princess Adelah Bint Abdullah Al Saud, Chair Person of the National Home Health Care Foundation, for their participation in organizing two workshops in cooperation with the Saudi Health Council and the Home Medicine Committee to train health staff workers on home medicine in both the cities of Riyadh and Madinah. 

Engineer Ali Sheneamer, Chief Commercial Officer at Bupa Arabia, received the honorary shield on behalf of Bupa Arabia at a special ceremony held at the Jeddah International Exhibition and Convention Center, attended by several board members and sponsors of the National Home Health Care foundation along with members of the press. 

Engineer Ali stated that: “We are very pleased to receive such an honor that emphasizes the leading positon of Bupa Arabia in connecting and being a vital part of diverse national initiatives, supporting its stance towards the National Home Health Care Foundation. Our engagement with the foundation is based on our firm belief in the vision and goals of this prosperous foundation that was solidified with their agreement with the Home Medicine Committee to train health staff.” 

The workshops were organized for three days in both Riyadh and Madinah, which addressed several important themes including the general basics of home medicine, health evaluation and the scope of the health service provided. The workshops also included several discussions regarding home medicine policies, how to deal with home medicine patients, the skills needed to be able to help home medicine patients, emergency cases of home medicine patients, how to deal with the equipment of home medicine patients and how to fight infections. 

Bupa Arabia always seeks to raise the level of healthcare for all members of the community through its active participation in the support of many agencies and charities aimed at strengthening services in the Kingdom. Bupa Arabia has become an active part of the integrated and multi-disciplinary healthcare system, which aims to act as one body with various stakeholders to provide health services in line with the Kingdom’s strategy to provide better care to the individual and society.
